Hatch Corporate Finance provides corporate finance advisory and transaction execution services to clients within the metals, mining, and related sectors, both ferrous and non-ferrous, worldwide.

The company is a joint venture between its senior employees and the Hatch Group ("Hatch"). Hatch is a global engineering and consulting firm dedicated to the mining and metals sectors. With 80 offices in 15 countries and over 6,000 employees it has a truly global presence. Hatch, through its wide range of services, has worked with the vast majority of companies active in the sectors.

Hatch Corporate Finance believes that the mining and metals sectors are currently going through significant changes and will continue to do so for the coming decade. Globalisation, consolidation, downstream integration, portfolio rationalisation, and further privatisations are accelerating trends that will create significant new opportunities for companies in these sectors. Many companies will also have to undergo significant restructuring of their activities.
